I purchased IFB Sanorita VX on 02-Mar-2013, faulty machine was delivered. IFB has a culture not to pickup the phones whether it is branch manager, service executive, franchisee owner or service center. Finally after 2 weeks I got replacement washing machine(not from IFB but from Croma from where I purchased).
Now it is 5 days no body has came to install the machine from IFB. Their service is really really bad. I have experienced this in last 1 month. My advice is to go for LG or Samsung without caring for some extra spend. Fayde mai rahoge. Mai to ab fas chuka hoon aap to bach lo.
