I have IFB SERENA SX and I wasted around 25000 in buying it.
Every 2-3 months it stops working, door automatically gets locked .IFB service center’s response time is never less than 1 month and on top of that no resolution has been provided to me in these 2 years.
Every time they will send a technician who will do some temporary stuff to run the machine. Every 3 months I face the same problem, neither the service center people nor the customer center people are giving support.
It’s body has no strength, door locks are very weak and machine takes 2 hour to complete one cycle. When it runs u will go out of the house to check what happened as you will feel like earthquake tremor.
BEWARE OF IFB.
