We are in Chennai and have had a 5kg machine(SUP DX/M) and have been a staunch IFB supporter.
We have renewed AMC every year and were satisfied with the same. We have also taken care, by regular de-scaling, installing water softener, using the right washing powder.
Infact we have chosen to only buy an IFB machine for our next purchase and await a good offer.
However last year the AMC contract had moved to one CLASSIC Enterprises. That was when things became bad. The service is horrible andthey take their time in attending to problems.
The biggest issue owever is that the quality of the parts being replaced is so bad that they are begging REPLCAMENT every 4-5 months. In thelast 2 years our DRUM has been changed 4 times.
The bad service makes it worse and we suffer a lot.
Can you get IFB to do something to prevent our trust being eroded from the brand.?
