I had renewed my IFB AMC about more than a month back for my IFB machine. My IFB AMC is not updated in their computer system intentionally or inadvertently by IFB, although payment has been credited to IFB account and receipt was given by IFB local unit.
Their local IFB person in Delhi called and abused me for paying the money to IFB company directly and asked for the copies of the IFB AMC receipt very rudely.
In spite of my best efforts and several emails to the IFB customer care there is no confirmation from their side whether AMC is renewed or not. IFB Customer care do not give any satisfactory answer and says that there is no IFB AMC contract. They give numbers of local OFB units which no one picks from IFB. Moreover we are receiving SMS from IFB to renew IFB AMC further and pay once again to IFB to renew IFB AMC. Overall my experience with IFB is now very bad and I feel cheated by IFB.
Finally I wish to inform that casual approach of IFB with the customer with a view that customer can not do anything even if IFB cheat them and treat them casually is forcing me to take the matter to social media and I will try to make sure other customer are not taken for ride by IFB. I have tried my best in last one month through IFB customer care and several emails to IFB which were never replied and finally I think of trying out to the general public through social media of the IFB customer experience and casual approach of IFB with the customer. This message is in public interest.
