I purchased 5 KG digital, front load washing machine one year back. The kind of service you get from IFB customer service is the worst one. As per their customer service policy, the technical person has to address the issue within 24 hours, but the technical person will show up only after 6 or 7 days that is also after repetitive calls. Nobody from the customer service or technical team will give responsible / convincing responds.
From my opinion, please do not buy IFB washing machines
