2 years back we have purchased IFB washing machine Elite DX. It worked very well, we didnt require service support for 18 months.
Recently the machine become very noisy and literally shaking from stand. We have to put pressure to make it static. In view of that we registered complain on call center no 18604255678 and we are assured to resolve the issue in 24 hours.

Registered on: 9th September.
Today its 14th September. We havent received any call or any technician at all. It is absolute poor services.
Many time I called call center no 18604255678 with Sagar and Najia. Sagar gave me Ahmedabad no 9974138826(unreachable), 8140180475(not picking up phone) and 079.69431632(unreachable - connected once, said dont call here for IFB).
My father purchase IFB 15 years back and I also gone for IFB 1.5 year back. But I must say that IFB has very very poor service network. Nobody bothers or have authority or have proper information. I asked sagar(call center executive) to connect me with service center manager, which he denied(wow!). I am extremely disappointed with IFB service.
The product is good but IFB has to work on service aspect.
FURTHER UPDATE AFTER 1 and half months:
Later after requesting many times over phone and email; one evening 2 team of 2 engineers came and concluded that shokers and spring is required to change.
However the problem was not solved. Later by grace of god, knowledgeable person visited to check exact cause. He find that there is no problem with spring / shokers, it is problem with stone. Stone screw need to be fixed. At present the problem seems solved after more than 1.5 months follow up.
The problem is IFB has outsourced service contract to Aditya Enterprises. they people are really dumb they have no interest.
Person like me prefer indian companies like IFB / Onida etc. However company like IFB completely fail. IFB or Aditya works like very small repairing shop. They even dont have any complain book, nothing. There is no record exist. They might have visitied my house more than 5-6 times however nobody ever asked to sign any paper. I surprised.
IFB Ahmedabad immediately need to show door to aditya. Unless than there is no hope to get any type of service. IF YOU ARE LEAVING IN AHMEDABAD / GUJARAT, STAY AWAY FROM IFB.
