We had an IFB Zephyr dishwasher which we used regularly. It used to give us some problems, and the service was pathetic. But one night, we put the dishes for cleaning and left the machine to shut off automatically. We woke up to a massive fire in the house, due to electrical short circuit in the machine. The fire nearly killed us. Thanks to some brilliant firefighting, we survived. But we have had massive damages in the entire house, pictures below.
It’s my sincere urge to people to not buy an IFB product, the design is faulty, the machine unreliable and service and customer service are pathetic.
