The worst company ever imagine. I was using my friends p220 for a few day. Got the insurance done and a week back before the bike was stolen from in front of my house on 25 sep 2012. I reported it to police who made the F.I.R on my name.
After several days the insurance company verifier came and I told him the situation. He said just write that you bought the bike a few days back since the F.I.R is on my name. After several calls and reminders now this march 2013 and today they said that they have closed the case with no claim as the bike is on someone else name and F.I.R on someone else name.
If this thing they have told me earlier I would have got it changed or done what was necessary. Why their verifier lie about this when he knew the T & C of the company..Now my friend is asking for the entire insurance amount....what should I do....
Dont buy anything from them because when you need them to do something they will run away with you money and will not give you any claim.
Should have been a ZERO over here or some points in minus.
