Iffco Tokio health insurance Fraud company

My mother’s cashless claim has been declined by the company saying it was pre-existing disease.


When I have asked for documentation from where you confirm that then  they admitted that due to unavailability of system, they rejected my cashless claim.


Now question is;


1) does it mean they provide false justification for declined claims?


2) why this should not be considered as fraud to the customer?


I have already raised the complaint to IRDA and CNBC Pehredar.


I want to make you aware, to stay aware from them as when you need money they will not provide it and declined it.I have everything in mail chain how, what and when they replied back to me. They have very pathetic customer service and there business process is as cheap as they premium they ask for.


STAY AWAY FROM THEM.!


I have also attached there response which I got at IRDA towards the complaint I lodged.Kindly read and you will know how shameless those people are.!


They asked to claim for reimbursement, but at the time when I desperately needed money, they declined due to unavailability of there system.!
