today I want to share my experience about iffco tokio health insurance.
we are four members in my family. husband wife and our two kids.health insurance is very necessary need today. so we search a good insirance company.we meet a agent who is iffco tokio health insurance agent.
he told one year plan about iffco tokio health insurance.
according to him old person premium large charge. and about kids and those people below 30 years little premium.
he told us about the hospitals list which include iffco tokio health insurance.
we take health insurance policy by agent. we gave our premium cash by hand.
eight months later I has ill. my husband took me the hospital. after dignoce find the doctor my disease it is colitis. there was a colonoscopy to find the disease.
my husband took me the hospital sarvodaya hospital in faridabad.
my husband saw the health insurance card to hospital reception.
and then he called the agent. he didnot pick the phone.
at last he picked the phone. my husband said can health insurance company pay our hospital bills.
agent said you should pay bill to the hospital and then we will pay you.
ok he said
when I discharge and reached home. my husband call iffco tokio customer care. he told my insurance number. we were how should take our hospital bills for insurance company.
executives not take intrest in our case. I do not know how many times I called in customer care.
at last my husband take my all hospital original reports and went to iffco tokio office.
they said my husband collect all original reports then we will gave you hospital bills. we donot take photocopies.
but my husband said this is patient colitis report and doctor saw its every routine checkup. this is important reports for a patient.
but they said we want original only.
we cannot take any single coin from iffco tokio.
we were cheat by iffco tokio.it is not good health company.
