Support can help you here in lots of differnt languages. The broker works on the territories of many different countries, so this can be important for some customers that don’t know English well enough.
I’m not that profound in executions and those type of things, but I definitely didn’t notice the signs of manipulations or scam of any type on the side of iForex, so I guess it’s correct to consider it a reliable partner.
