I joined this company as a fresher with great hopes. They recruited us for development and then gave us a Technical support job. Not just me but for more than 20 of us. It happened even with BE graduates.
I am a B.Sc., graduate. They first told that it is remote desktop server management and all false promises were given that we would get a diff project with in 6 months. But after we entered the floor we came to know that it is a real BPO project.
Our designations were Systems Associates but we were just doing Tech support analysts jobs. The pressure what they gave to freshers in doing stupid job of taking calls and convincing customers for all rubbish reasons were just CR@P.
Believe me- its real bullsh!t! No work for the BRAIN and only for the mouth talking and talking and talking to the customers. that’s it. No appraisals were given We got a hike of 200 Rs per month and even that was taken back for some deduction at the end and not only our project but people in diff projects also do no work just come eat in cafe..
Chat have fun and go home that’s it and no hike obviously can’t leave and grow technically at all. This is completely true and I am writing for people who madly choose this rubbish company among many other companies... BEWARE....
