According to various data published world wide it is clear that our country is still struggling in the rural sectors in various form of economical backwardness which in return gives us high level of infant mortality, malnutrition among the newborn baby as well as their parents, reduction of ignited minds due to their poverty etc.
So I think personally that most of the grass root projects of Govt. of India are as great as Indian heritage and culture but that should be also implemented and follow every where irrespective of the political colour of that state.
