I ordered a cake for my mother’s birthday, and they sent her a STALE cake. When I reached out to them to tell them about it I got a one line reply saying, " We will do the needful."
Do the needful ?
What exactly does it mean. It means nothing because that’s exactly what they did. NOTHING.
For Diwali, I ordered a gift hamper and a Ganesh idol. The gift hamper never reached but status showed delivered. After running around for a month with them, they finally shipped the product.
The Ganesh idol reached broken. I emailed the supervisor Utkarsh. He completely stopped responding to my emails. So I paid good money for a broken Ganesh idol.
I have stopped ordering from them and my advise to all of you is to do the same.
