I have placed an order(gift) from https://indiangiftsportal.com but even after 20 days, it’s not delivered. I never faced such harassment with any other website. It’s really embarrassing to ask same question(again and again) "Have you received my gift" to the person.
I raised concern on their website, sent an email to support group but nobody turned up. This site is a scrap, don’t use this site to send gift in India. This is a Fraud / Bogus site and having Poor Delivery and After order customer service.
