I am very fed up from igp. They didn’t deliver products on time. It’s been 10 days and I don’t know where is my product. I called customer support they told me to send an email and we will reply on that and its been 7-8 days when I mailed them and I didn’t get a single response from there end. Its very annoying. Even if you will call the customer support they will talk to you very nicely as they will solve ypur problem within a day. I suggest you all if you want to send any gift from this site firstly tell them to write it on stamp paper that they will deliever it on time and they will resolve your query if it is necessary and I have send one more gift to my brother but what when it got deliever it was not that one which i’d selected. First picture is what I supposed to get and the second one is what I actual got. I didn’t react on that but now its very frustating.
