I had ordered for a personalized item to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, stating clearly in the delivery date. I had also sent a message with the Gift. I had ordered the gift 8 days in Advance since they had to personalize it, and it said in the delivery instructions to order atleast 5 business day before. The gift was a surprise.
However, they sent the gift ONE WEEK in advance, WITHOUT ANY MESSAGE. They spoilt my surprise.and sent the gift without writing anything. I am highly dissatisfied with the service. they are most unreliable.
