I ordered gift cards for my sister. The website states about 5 days delivery within India. About a week later when they did not reply to my email for a status update so I called them and they coolly tell me that the vendor did not process the order yet. I asked them to refund/credit the money since the event had already passed. I asked the rep to at least respond the email or call. Its two weeks now with a message every day and no response to my calls or emails and of course no refund.
Here is the deal. It is probably not their fault that they got a out of step vendor but if they cannot control their vendor, then just refund/credit the money and move on. I would have probably bought something else with the credit. People will understand and forgive if these guys are sincere, but don’t try to con people please.
This incompetent and sloppy service is going to hurt them in the long run.
