They have first of fall send wrong color of lipstick which I ordered.
Secondly they did not dispatch whole order together and thirdly they told me after 10 days that one of the item I ordered is out of stock and asked me to change, I did change and still I am waiting to receive same. This was ordered as Karvachauth gift to my mother in law. The event has passed by and it is been almost 20 days now.
There is no way you can get in touch with them except email. They dn’t answer on phone and neither they reply on time on email.The product is shown shipped and dispatched since three days but in trasit since then.
I am not even aware of that which product is finally delivered and when will it reach. It might happen that lipstick mistake will be repeated by them. My first and last order through this website.
