Since years I am using Indian gifts portal for gifting, last month on my daughter birthday I ordered a birthday cake and flowers for sending her to US.
When whole stuff was delivered, the house was locked so the delivery person has left the stuff with security person, and security person forgot to hand over the stuff on that day and next day he has handed over the the stuff to my daughter.
Our occasion was spoiled due the mistake of delivery person and security person. I complained the same to customer care of Indiangiftsportal that why the gift was delivered to security.
To my surprise, indiangiftsportal has sent a nice box of chocolate to my daughter as well to me with an apology note.
I WAS TOUCHED WITH GESTURE AND SO IS MY DAUGHTER.
