Ok so I chanced upon this site when I wanted to send a gift to my hubby in Kuwait. I had used another site last time to send perfume but Kuwait has certain restrictions so it didn’t reach him. I saw this customizable cushion on IGP and liked it a lot with an upload of image of my choice. I did all necessary and paid online. I was given a tentative delivery date. It reached after that. But people always remember keep a good buffer of extra days coz ur sending ur gift to a foreign country. They have their own rules, customs, duty etc. Courier was through aramex tracking was easy n fantastic. I gave an address which is hard to miss/mistaken. Guys give complete address with landmark it helps. Be smart and send gifts which r not perishable just in case coz some ppl have given sad reviews. That’s y I decided on a non perishable gift.
So coming to the gift, I have uploaded an image for people’s reference. My hubby loved it. It also has a light kindof thing inside which u can light up. It looks lovely. Customer care person Mr. Shridhar was prompt in responding both times when I emailed them. I’m happy with the site n their service.
