There is no option to edit delivery details . They don’t pick the pone . No response of the mail. Sent message on Facebook also. Still no response.
I ordered a Rakhi set wort Rs 895 yesterday and wanted to change the delivery date which was put wrong by mistake. Now I cant modify it. Neither cancel the order.
Moreover, first it showed the transaction as failed in spite of successful payment debit from the account. After 2 hours only, the status of the order appeared on the site.
