Good- I have used this portal many times, I find it very trusted, some time they offer you good deal if you have account with them. I have some NRO account with BOI, so some of the time I get good deal from BOI side too. This is one of good gifts portal for sending gifts and cake.
Important needed- User interface needs to be improve. Its not only GUI they have to work on some easy work flow thats allowed user to communicate with sale team.
