Had a terrible terrible experience with igp. Can’t believe that these startup’s can also be such fraud people. Had ordered cake and flowers on my parents anniversary on 7th Feb to patna order I’d 8686878. The status showed delivered after few hours. When I called my parents they said they haven’t received anything and they were not at home for an hour. My father received a miss call also from someone and when he called him back that person said “main to Bahut logon ko call karta hu, itna yaad nhi mujhe”. I contacted the customer support on WhatsApp and told the entire story. While there was a blue tick to all my messages they didn’t care to reply. Then I reached out to customer support on call and spoke to a guy called Prathumesh. He said he will look down the matter, and find a proof of delivery which in itself says that he didn’t want to believe me. Next day I got a call from another person from igp asking what the problem is and then he said he will check and get back to me. He never called and when I called him after an hour he said he is having lunch and will call me in sometime but didn’t call and neither responded to my calls. Later in the evening I again called customer support and spoke to Nabeel and again it was the same story. Instead of believing me he said that order says delivered so they need to look into the matter. While on the other side my father receives a call from someone saying they will send the cake tomorrow as it’s too late today. Today my father in the evening called the person and asked about it and he said aap complain kijiye iska, tabhi kuch hoga. The entire experience of sending gift to your dear ones and make their day special turned into a nightmare for me. So just want everyone to beware of these kind of websites.
