Be careful about what you signup for. I went for Hair Transplant at their Bangalore Center and paid the advance of 10000. Date was decided and then they shared a list of Pre medical tests. I got this done and one of the test indicated that I am unfit for the procedure. Initial agreement was they will refund the booking advance in case I was found medically unfit. But after the medical tests, they are refusing treatment and also refusing to refund Money.
Points to watch out for.
Pay advance booking only if you are sure that you are medially fit.
Pay only a smaller amount since in case you are unfit they will refuse that amount.
They may offer you deals, but don’t fall for all that.
Get this in writing, else a small issue can lead you losing the money.

After Considerable discussions and escalations with Igraft management, they have finally agreed to refund the amount paid. They have agreed to initiate the refund shortly.
