The agency called the driver back in the mid of our tour, we had our flight the very next day. Driver left for guwahati from Shillong in the middle of night without even informing us. These people are fraud. They take the money and then refuse to recognize people. DO NOT book drivers or any other services through this agency. Pathetic experience..
