Hello everyone.
iHerb.com has very poor quality of Herbal Products and they are really able to trust because a 3 weeks ago I was faced unexpected issue with iHerb.com.
I was ordered Lypricel’s Liposomal Vitamin C Tablets but I got unsealed packet but I didn’t took any action for that but when I didn’t got any results after using some those Tablets then I got so irritated and I again called them but their customer service staffs says me that they cannot get it back becuase the product is used by me. And I was decided to never buy again with iHerb.com because I was lost my money for nothing. and this was my very worst experience with iHerb.com.
Customer Service- iHerb.com has very bad customer support service and they did not provide me any helpful support for get out from the issue that I have been faced.
Product Quality- Their product quality is very worst and they are not selling genuine producta to customers.the tablest I have been order were not worthy for me.
Delivery Timeliness- iHerb.com has quite good Delivery service because they deliverd the Tablets at 7th day from oder date.
App & Website- iHerb.com has very good Website and App which are very well designed with useful features.
Reliability- This Comapany is definitely not realiable atleast for me because I have wasted my Rs 2000 cause of iHerb.com and will never reccommend anyone to buy any product from iHerb.com.
