IIMA grads are special, there elitist posibly because they deserve to be so. They have been thru a gruelling program and entrance test. They are good - period. you might find them alittle too serious, maybe a little bookish but behing those soda glass specs is pure unadulterated intelligence. Best at analytical jobs - research, consulting and could be better at marketing and communication oriented jobs. Great asset to have but can u hold on to them ??
