Ikea magic ro 9 water purifier is very good product and I am satisfied with quality of water .
Technology used by ro 9 is latest. Alas, if everything is good then it is fairy tale in INDIA .
I purchased this product by replacing my earlier kent.I do not have time to consider any other alternative product because of aggresive marketing by this company and with my friend refference to replace earlier product since he had same problem with his product.
For last eight months this product has performed very well, BUT now suddenly problem started machine failed and company guy turned up after
4 days, after examining the macine he want to replace a part costing Rs.2200/- .
when we pointed out to him that machine is within warranty period of 1 year.
He told us that part is not covered by warranty .
so net conclusion ikea magic ro9 is the best product comparing to any other water purifier in the market .its the time to wake up friends for the the goodquality product with economical price .
