I had a corporate order and called their office. No one gave Mr. Hegde’s phone number. Finally via email I got the following numbers of Mr. Hegde that I am sharing with all of you. 9482096991, 9632927272.
I tried calling him up atleast a dozen times. He doesnt pick up! So there goes. We went with another brand!
Mr. Abhishek and Raj along with prashant and Vijay give bad words to customers at least this is what they did to me and said they are not paid well and also were laughing at me and saying please dont buy this because we will have pressure for service and there are defects with this product that even we acnnot resolve.
Amrish another guy told me that this company only hires majority of Tulu speaking guys about 90% company staff is TULU. So again in a cosmopolitian place like Bangalore if you have to deal only with one kind of people you know how it is "all for one and one for all" policy!
SO BEWARE of these guys and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Service, call back and sense of customer satisfaction is unheard of by these people.
BEST FILTER IS AQUAGUARD TOTAL.
