I am currently pursuing a course in Image Consulting and a Soft Skill Training with ICBI, and the experience so far has been nothing short of transformative. I started with the offline batch and thoroughly enjoyed every hands-on session. When I had to move to the online mode, I was initially reluctantbut it has turned out to be an excellent transition. The trainers are genuine subject experts who make every class engaging, lively, and deeply informative. Their constant motivation and encouragement are helping me grow into a better version of myself and preparing me to become an Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer in the future.
A special mention to Rakesh Sir, who has been a pillar of guidance throughout this journey. His webinars and videos are packed with clarity, practical insights, and real-world relevance. His always available attitude is what stands out the most. No matter how small the doubt, he is always available and supportive. A mentor like him always makes the journey smoother.
The corporate team, especially Sara, has always been my huge support system. Her prompt assistance, guidance, and encouraging nature ensures that every step of my journey feels organised and stress-free.
One of the highlights for me was the dining etiquette practical session conducted by Deepti Maam. Her warm teaching style and clear demonstrations made the session engaging and highly insightful.
But the most impactful part of my journey so far has been the 8-day TTT (Train The Trainer) program with Poonam Maam.
This program has been truly empowering. Poonam Maam has a remarkable way of breaking down complex concepts into simple, actionable steps. She ensures every participant is involved, heard, and guided. Over the 8 days, she covered everything from session design, facilitation styles, audience management, delivery cues, to how we can actually begin our own careers as trainers.
What stands out most is that she left no stone unturnedwhether it was frameworks, techniques, or real-life examples. And she left no question unanswered. Even thou the sessions were information packed, she made learning fun..Her patience, openness, and willingness to guide each one of us personally has built immense confidence and clarity. The sessions have truly shaped my understanding of what it means to be a trainer and how to start my own journey with purpose and direction.
Overall, my time with ICBI has been meaningful..and filled with new learnings.
