We visited this place on 24th June and were impressed by its 1st offering when a photographer approached us and said that pictures are complementary and for each pic he gave a reference slip which needs to be shown at place near exit for getting processed pic at end of the visit.
As we processed through main entrance another photographers approached us and offered same service..he too reinforced that this is absolutely free service and is available at each attractions and took few pics of us and handed reference slip against each click...as we proceed rains started and we used our cameras for capturing moments as their photographers cant be spotted, so we went ahead with the day and at end it was time to take our pics..so we went to a cabin built near exit of the venue where one staff took our slip and asked to pay Rs 350 for each pic our choice to be printed...as we protested the staff said that we click pic for free but for each printed pic you need to give money and for all your pics in soft copy you need to pay Rs 1600... we felt cheated and asked for a senior to address our grievance however this staff bluntly said that "feedback forms" are freely available at exit and no senior will help...we filled the feedback form as per our experience against false promise made by their photographers however concerned people didnt contacted us to at least investigate the issue..this shows that the sales pitch of photographers were tailored maid and management are aware of it...
At the end we thanked rain due to which we used our cameras ....
At such places we go with our family or friends to have good time and capture memories for us and I believe sales team of Adlabs has identified this consumer behaviour very well and are taking undue advantage of it....
Beside above photographers incident u will get good supportive staff here and can enjoy a lot ....
I am writing this to make you guys aware so that you dont have to go through such incidents...and as far as Imagica is concerned they should make their photography service more transparent ...this may not help them in increasing their revenue but it will certainly not damage their brand.....
