If it was possible, I would give this company minus reviews.
I was forced to receive membership of i-mint about 3 years ago by icici credit cards and all our rewards points was transferred to them without any notice. Since last 3 years I have tried many many times to order rewards points but every time I try to login it always says my password is incorrect and then after calling them they say I will get the password in 48 hour but I never receive my password. I have complain many many times but it seems, they don’t want to redeem my point.
Due to their stupid behavior we don’t use our icici credit card anymore and will cancel icici bank credit card once I receive my rewards.
Will try calling them again and update this review.
