First of all let me admit "Its a irony that this card is a customer relationship management tool" One of the most pathetic experience in recent times. The concept was excellent for Indian Market but very poorly excuted. The idea is clear make a customer database and harras them for their lives, also make money by selling that database to god knows who all. Some issues you will alwyas face: 1. Points earned not alloted 2. Website Down 3. No replies on email.
No reponse on follow up emails, and futher no response after officially complaining. 4. No clue on imint card with Customer Care representatives. It looks like youve called some fishmarket. Untill and unless you are totally free to chase imint people and you want to be mentally harassed, my advice is not to go for this card. There are better individual loyalty cards available from various retailers ( Inner Circle-Lifestyle , First Citizen -Shoopers Stop)which pass on better benifits than Imint.
