I have always been torn between shaving(which you can do daily) and hair removal creams(which give softer regrowth but you have to let a certain amount grow back before you can use them again but Immac silk creme seems to be the answer. After removing hair with a normal cream you can use this every couple of days to prevent any horrible hairy regrowth.
The thick blue cream is quite easy to spread over legs and does not drip. While it has quite a strong minty smell this is not unpleasant and definitely an improvement on the eggy smell of many hair removal creams. The cream comes in a squeezy tube and, while it can be spread over your legs with the sponge provided, I find it quicker and easier to spread it with my hands. I usually leave it for about 5 minutes before getting in the shower and washing it off with the help of the sponge.
The creme costs around £5 for a 250ml tube, which is enough to do your legs two or three times, depending on how thickly you spread it.
I have found some hair removal creams in the past to irritate my skin slightly and make my legs very itchy. This one did not irritate me at all.
Overall, it only adds about ten minutes to my usual shower routine and I think this is well worth it every 2 or 3 days to have smooth legs continuously. However, I have found that if you have not used the cream for more than a week it is best to use a normal hair removal product as it is not so effective. It is designed specifically for frequent use not heavy duty hair removal.
