Just think your life without even of your single part. e.g - think your life without hands, how it may be difficult, right ya? think your life without your eyes, without ears, if you cant talk just imagine! I used to do yoga from my 6th standard. Some of important and effective yoga I know which are as follows
1) Ugrasan - It is considered as on of the difficult yoga technique to do. In this technique you have sit, then bend towards your legs and touch your nose to your ankle. You can hold yourself in this position for 5 minutes.
2) Sarvangasan - You can learn sarvangasan from youtube videos.
3) Halasan
4) Shirshasan
5) Suryanamaskar - It is one of the popular yoga technique. it is too much beneficial for your health.
5) Mayurasan
6) Tadasan - In order add some inches to your height this technique is best
7) Chakrasan - In order to reduce your weight the chakrasan is too much effective to do.
8) Shavasan - After doing all your practice of yoga you can do shavasan to relax your body.
and so many yoga techniques are their which are developed by studying a lot of days in ancient india. So start doing yoga regularly ans stay fit, strong, slim and sexy always. It is beneficial in all diseases.
