In.com shopping, a worse experience

I am a regular online shopper. Indiatimes, Rediff are tow of the sites where I love shopping. I also do rely on them. But this review is on In.com a venture of Network 18. Recently about a month ago, I happened to check their shopping website.


The layout looked pretty descent and the shopping experience (the way items are displayed, their price) was really nice. So I went ahead a purchased a USB Powered LED for Laptop (Order Number 47965). The site promised me deliver within 7 days.


But here the actually scenario comes out. Nearly after seven days on March 3, I get a mail from In.com that my order has been approved. As things where getting delayed, I thought of registering a complain on their website. To my surprise the complain got logged on their website after 3 days, and I got a complaint number (Complaint # 11554) and a mail (on March 19) stating that their customer service folks will get back to me soon. Today is March 22. Till date I have not received the product. So, my conclusion don’t purchase product from in.com unless you want to get cheated. I had never expected such service from Network 18 folks. So, think twice.
