I started using In2cable services from May 2014. Found their service on the top most of the time. I have opted for 5mbps, 1000 rental plan.
Download Speed is always as per plan, but only one problem is of upload speed, it is only of 512kbps. But still internet is working fine round a clock. Very few times it went down due to hardware issues, but it was restored with 24hrs. Satisfying service by In2Cable in last 9 months.
I recommend In2cable as it is very cheap and the service is pretty good.
