I have been using the Inalsa Maxie food processor for the last 4 years and believe me, it has been one big reason why I enjoy cooking. It has been four years and the processor has given me no trouble at all. Not even once has it failed or stopped working. No parts have been replaced and no servicing has been done. This is quite a feat for the reliability of the product.
Though we (me and my wife) have not used all the features that it provides in terms of cutting all kinds of vegetables, but what we know for sure is that it is very-very good in preparing the dough for chapatis/paratha/poori. Just by simple calculations of how much water to add and when, it is able to get you the right dough - in no time. Then weve used its chopper to chop onions and cabbage kind of things. The mixer has been used a lot of time for usual purposes. However we have not used the juicer a lot. But one thing is clear - the juicer is not as effective as the ones that you see in juice-shops. It wastes a lot of fruit as pulp and so the effective juice per quantity of the juice is pretty less.
We really enjoy the benefits and efficiency that this processor brings to the kitchen.
None the less, the machine is very easy to use and is completely hassle-free. We have bought 5 Inalsa Maxie since then - for parents and relatives. And none have had any complaints. That goes a long way in proving the reliability of this strong machine.
The machine comes with enough jars and blades to provide so many features of a complete food processor. Though I have not measured its power consumption, but I am sure that it is not at all alarming, since we use it almost daily for something or the other and our electricity bills have never been high (a total bill of 1000 bucks for two months with all the appliances in a home does mean that nothing is hogging power).
All in all it is a wonderful appliance to make a place for in your kitchen. Moreover, its cream color makes it look clean too.
