My consumer no. is K23876 & LPG ID is 3 7500 0001 0540 1167 and Agency is Kasna Gas Agency, Greater Noida. Indane has the worst service at Greater Noida and the only agency is creating hell lot of issues. I am not getting supply of cylinders since Dec2013. I have to go to the godown to pick my cylinders. Since Nov2014 all my bookings are getting cancelled without reason.
The agency doesnt respond on calls and if visited the staff doesnt talk to customers. They are so rude as if we are beggars. I raised a complaint#1849961 at Mylpg.in on 02/Feb/2015. Next day somebody from the agency called my and promised that 1 cylinder will be delivered immediately. Its been 2 days that my cylinder has still not been delivered. Now, both the cylinders are empty and I am buying refills from open market in black.
The toll free given by Indane dosnt work, the agency doesnt deliver and doesnt respond. This is the worst situation. I will soon apply to port my connection to some other agency, but not Indane for sure. I along with several other consumers are fed up with Kasna Gas Agency, Greater Noida.
If somebody from Indane Customer Service is also reading this email, I request you to listen to my distress call and intervene to resolve the matter and help me get gas refill ASAP. How long can I run my kitchen without gas?
