I live in London, UK and there are not many options to buy Indian ethnic attires here. We had to travel a long distance to buy Indian dresses. It consumes time and effort as well. My Indian friend suggested me few websites to shop online. Indian Emporium being one of them has huge variety to offer. I placed my order 2 months ago, after waiting for 10 days, I called customer care.
I had to say number was continuously busy for 30 minutes and there was no answer to my emails as well. After trying almost like 10 times on phone, my luck finally shined.
I was assured that my product would reach within 10 days, although I was not satisfied with such service, still I got my product after 20 days. Quality stuff is good but I would like to suggest them to improve customer service as well.
