I made sure i get my amount and i took few steps to teach them a lesson and get my money. I filed a case in consumer form, raised a dispute thru bank and sent a legal notice to all there location in india.and the result being i got my 4500 back and today those cheaters by themselves emailed stating they have also processed my another refund amount in the amount of 30400. And it doesnt end here.i will make sure they are paying for the damages which i claimed.so guys buck up and dont leave them at all. All the best:) recently i placed two orders on https://indiaemporium.com/ worth more than rs 40, 000. Then i cancelled the order and was told that the amount will be refunded in 20 days max. However, it’s been more than 45 days and still hasn’t received the amount. Neither is there any communication from India emporium nor any reply to numerous emails and calls. If at all they pick up the call(that too when i calls from some other number), the response that they give is that the money will be refunded today or tomorrow.
The fact is, i am not the only one who got duped and cheated. There are various people who have complained about it not only from India but from countries like Australia, USA, UK and Germany.
I am trying to launch a online campaign to teach these guys a lesson. This is not only for the people who have already been cheated but also those online shoppers who may fall prey to predators like them. We all work hard to fulfill out desires but there are companies like these who prey on us.
I will continue to launch this attack thru all means possible till my i get justice. I have already filed a cheating complain with consumer court and also contemplating sending a legal notice thru my lawyer.
This is not just my fight, i’m fighting for all those who lost there money with these cheat professionals.
