WORST online shopping ever. I had ordered flowers n a teddy bear for Valentine’s Day this year. And the item is still not delivered. Its been almost 4 months. They hardly answer the calls and when they answer the calls they keep you on hold, or hang up in between or say sorry they can’t do anything. Even the consignment no they give you is fraud.
I spoke to their customer care and they keep telling they have dispatched and I should speak with TNT courier, But when I speak to TNT courier they say the consignment no does not exist. So I would recommend that you don’t use this website.
And please spread this message to anyone you know.
