We had a bad experience with India garage. We booked for scorpio vlx white colour on 10th june 2009, saying the delivery would be by july 20th. But now the date is 24th august 2009 more than a month than the assured date. Still there is no sign of the vehicle.
The funny answer they give is just "the white colour is not in stock". They are bluffing that the trailor coming from noida is puchered, break down etc. No any top guys in the customer support doesn’t know any thing. All our pleas are into the deaf ears.
We have already lodged a complaint to the concerned authorities and demanded for the refund with the interest. We are expecting the same by 1st September and planning to book TATA SAFARI. The M & M that to india garage should be black listed and thrown away from the market as they are pulling the very good product out of the reach of the car lovers.
