India gate basmati rice, the name I am typing and feeling s bliss at the midst of my mind.Oh my God! So fine quality and thin.The taste and flavour is awesome .Whenever I prepare polao( with or without turmeric), fried rice, buryani at home, India Gate is my first choice .Its available everywhere .Above all while being cooked neighbors and other people got it right that some special dish of rice was being prepared .Although when guests came at home, I coked white rice using India gate because this rice goes exceptionally and extraordinarily well with bhaja mung daal, ghee and other Bengali recipe .I can’t think beyond indiagate although one day I had purchased MPS basmati rice .All mothers, fathers, students, office goers call your Keith’s and kins, cook some dish and delight them.Its aroma is wonderful and taste is nice as the grain is of fine quality
