I started traveling since I was 21. I always wondered about what the world looks like outside my country.
I also had many questions in my mind. One that I always thought about was WHY IS INDIA NOT THE BEST. To be honest, I have seen many countries and have worked and known people from various cultures, from various countries and backgrounds. I have also lived with people from other countries. From my experiences I have gathered I know today that…
India has everything...
India is self-reliant.
Even after US and the world imposed sanctions on India, it hardly made any difference to its economy. India was denied Cryogenic technology from Russia, it is now making its own.
India taught the world how to count.
If anyone thinks that technology is their personal asset and cannot share... This is what you should know. We taught the world how to count. Einstein in one of his books has stated this We owe so much to India for teaching the world how to count. If you didn’t know how to count, I m sorry but you know what… There would be simply nothing except people around.
Its not pythagoras... but an Indian (centuries before pythagoras was born who wrote about trigonometry)
India has been a peaceful country
India has never invaded any country in its whole history. India has been invaded several times.
India has the largest history and from thousands of years.
Indian culture is the oldest in the world and its religion Hinduism is also the oldest. Never dated. Buddhism, Hinduism, Jain, Parsi, Sikh came from India. She has the worlds largest number of religions in her land.
India knew about astronomy ages before any other country knew.
As per scientists Pluto was discovered only in the past few centuries. India had knowledge about the whole astronomy and the position, distance, of these planets, when eclipse would occur etc. Centuries before anyone else knew.
Surgery was known in India some thousands of year’s back, though its known to the west some few hundred years back.
Aids were discovered in India centuries before anyone else did that.
Its explained in one of the old Indian books, with an example of a king dying due to that disease.
Most of the people today working in semiconductor industry are Indians.
India represents a majority of technology market.
This list can be endless... I respect every country and its laws and their culture... But what I don’t understand is what makes them better than us even that we know we have more experience than they do. Is it money power or is it that we are too orthodox to share our knowledge with others. I honestly do not know.
I m not trying to say what is right and what is wrong, my point here is “If you know how to count you better know who taught you to count.”
