Every one across, who ever has got any
offer from this sh*t company to work. Please dont accept the offers please.
They are blood sckers of employees. I was surprised when I joined in this sht
company how it could manage with such a huge cost. This company just survives
on employees salary. As the company dont give salaries of level 1 and level
employees.
It also plays with customers money. Collects
the customers money and dont credit the balances to there clients respective
trading account. They use this amount and use it for ciruclation and earn
interest. They pay the salary in first month and that tooo 60 % and balance 40%
they give it only if employee submit dummy bill. Which company it self forces
the employees to do so. So as to avoid income tax. This again is a big scam to
government revenue. In the second month they will hold the salary of the
employee and in the third month they look for cheapest of the cheapest reason
to sack the employee.
So, in
this way they save 2 months salary of each employee. There are some idiots
sitting in Andhra Pradesh region who are fit for nothing. Cant even speak or
write english properly and market knowledge is Zero. This they accept
themselves. I request all. Please Please Please dont ever get in to this sh*t
company. As this company practices all sots of malpractices. I suffered a lot
because of this company and I don’t want any of them to join this company.
This is not only my opinion, get in touch of
any of those employees who worked with India info line. 99% of the people will
have the same of mine. The balance 1% who feel good are REDDY’s. As this is the
caste/ community that is doing all such malpractices and are happy with it as
it is involved in there blood.
