I checked in the "Locate Us" section of IndiaInfoline for the phone number of the Mahadevapura branch in Bangalore. The phone number in the website was outdated. I called up the "Just Dial" telephone directory service, the number they provided was also outdated. I eventually got the correct number by contacting the regional office in Bangalore.
I called up the Mahadevapura branch in Bangalore and was put on hold for a long time without the person even finding out who I was.
I then tried to inform them through the "Drop us a line" section of their website, and I found out that I could not enter my email id in their screen since they had restricted the email id field to 25 characters.
I have nothing to say about the financial services of this company, but being a finance website one would expect much more from their site. Especially when they have show the following reference in their site:
"This site is must read for Investors"..Forbes magazine
