I have purchased multiple products from Indiaplaza ONLY because I can redeem my citi bank points against a product in this site. Otherwise I never ever go to this site.
Because of the following reasons
Price is much more than any online site
Delayed delivery. Dnt expect the product - If it comes U r lucky
Really pathetic customer support- Support executives never tells their name, they shout at you with no reason, they disconnect calls before your query responses, not ready to give tracking number for calls, need more than 5 days always for resolution of queries.
Warning to online buyers . I have been buying products from online shops from last 6-7 years. So I recommend you always do analysis of product on multiple places instead of depending on one site. Check the price every where and check review of each site.
