I ordered 3 Big Bazaar Gift vouchers from Indiaplaza on 27th Dec’11. They got delivered today on 7th January, 12 after much followup.
Further out of 3 vouchers ordered only 1 was delivered from their vendor. Have made a complaint to Indiaplaza, they have raised ticket which they say will take 3 days to resolve. Order no IN2812111235, dated 27th Dec’11. Tread with caution here.
They have delivered books to me earlier without any problem. But this time I have not received good support as is expected.<
Update : 10th Jan’12: Called them twice today. Beyond apologies did not get anything. By the end of the day they say someone will call me.
No phone call yet. Will wait till tomorrow and finally write a mail to their CEO and Founder. Luckily got the email id from one of the posts at Mouthshut itself...
Update : 12th Jan’12. No change in status. Wrote a mail to Mr. Vaitheeswaran. Lets see where the buck stops...
Even writing a mail to the Founder, has not helped in getting a response. My money is lost.... Do not ever buy from Indiaplaza...
